  • 3 ounce Cream cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 2/3 c. Flaked coconut
  • 1 c. Whole blanched almonds
  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Инструкции

  1. Beat cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. butter till softened. Beat in 1/4 c. sugar. Stir in 1 egg, 1 Tbsp. flour and coconut. Reserve 16 whole almonds, chop the rest. Stir in 1/3 c. minced almonds; set aside. Heat 5 ounce chocolate and remaining butter (4 Tablespoons) over low heat, till melted. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 c. sugar and vanilla. Beat in 2 Large eggs. Stir in 1/2 c. flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in remaining minced almonds. Spread cheese batter on top. Garnish with whole almonds. Bake for 40 min till cake tester comes out clean, do not overbake. Heat remaining square of chocolate and drizzle over the brownies. Cold in pan. Cut into squares.
