- Heat the 3 pkgs. gelatine in 5 c. of boiled water. Add in 2 Tbsp. of the almond extract, sugar, lowfat milk, then stir well.
- Allow the solution to cold down. Chill it till solidified. Cut it into pcs the size of a cube.
- Add in fruit cocktail and remaining 1 Tbsp. almond extract; mix well and you are ready to serve.
- You can add in to its sweetness simply by adding more solution of sugar and water.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
