8 scoop vanilla ice cream Oil for deep frying
1 c. Tangerine sauce

2 c. Sliced almonds

Инструкции

Scoop the ice cream in advance; return to freezer till extremely hard.
Heat the veg. oil in a deep-fryer. Roll each ice-cream ball in the tangerine sauce then in the sliced almonds, coating thoroughly. Deep-fry for a few seconds only. Serve immediately.
