  • 4 x egg whites
  • 1 1/4 lb grnd almonds
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter melted few drops vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Beat egg whites till thick. Slowly add in the rest of the filling ingredients except the lowfat milk. Add in only sufficient lowfat milk to adjust the consistency. Refrigeratein the refrigerator as the dough is being made.
  2. This recipe makes sufficient filling for at least four braids.
