Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb Sole fillets
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 can (3 1/2oz) sliced almonds (minced but not grnd)
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 slc Fresh lime

Инструкции

  1. Sprinkle sole with pepper & paprika. Dip sole in lowfat milk; coat both sides with almonds. Heat butter in skillet over med high heat.
  2. Arrange fillets on bottom of pan, close together but not overlapping.
  3. Fry about 5-7 min, turning once till almonds are golden on both sides & fish flakes easily with fork. Use spatula to transfer to serving platter. Arrange lime slices on top.
