2 Russet Potatoes (rinsed) cut into wedges

1 cup Crushed Almonds

1/2 stick Sweet Cream Butter (melted)

Garnish with a ramekin of ketchup

- Rinse and dry russet potatoes, cut into wedges, add into melted butter, coat in crushed almonds
- Set on a non stick baking sheet pan in a 400 F oven and bake for 14 minutes.
- Serve with a side of ketchup
