Рецепт Almond & Chocolate Chips Butter Cake
This is a basic butter cake which I have taken the liberty to "dress" it up further with almonds and chocolate chips!

- Sieve the flour with the baking powder three times.
- Beat the butter to a cream and add sugar bit by bit to it and a pinch of salt.
- Add egg one at a time and continue beating.
- Fold in the sifted flour (not beat) and milk alternatively to get a good consistency.
- Add the vanilla essence and fold the mixture and throw a few sprinkles of chocolate chips and fold in.
- Pour the mixture on to a greased cake tin and top it with the almonds.
- Bake for 40 - 45 minutes at 160 - 170 degrees (or according to your oven).
- Note: The reason to fold the flour is to incorporate air and makes the cake rise, become soft & spongy!
