Ингредиенты

1 1/2 c. Blanched almonds, grnd
3/4 c. Fine sugar
1/2 tsp Tbsp. Vanilla

1/2 Tbsp. Grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. Brandy or possibly rum
2 x egg whites Stiffly beaten

Инструкции

Belend almonds, sugar, vanilla, lemon rind and brandy. Mix in beatenegg whites. Form inta about 2 dozen small balls, put on a butterd baking sheet and bake in 350 oven for about 5 min.
