2 x egg yolks

1 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste

In a blender, add in the garlic and egg yolks. Blend till smooth. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the sufficient oil till the mix is thick and emulsified. Season with salt.
