Ингредиенты

  • 2 x Onions minced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves minced
  • 4 x Celery ribs minced
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 lb Alligator meat cut in thin strips
  • 2 stk Butter
  • 1/2 c. Minced green onions minced
  • 1/4 c. Chopped parsley chopped Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 3 c. Rice cooked

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry onions, garlic and celery in butter till soft. Add in Rotel tomatoes and simmer for 20 min in covered cast-iron pot. Add in alligator meat and let cook over low heat till tender, about 1 hour. If gravy is too thick, add in a little warm water. Serve over cooked rice.
