All Time Favorite Pecan Caramel Rolls

Ингредиенты

  • 1 loaf Rhodes sweet dough thawed as directed
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp water
  • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. pecan halves if you like Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

  1. Let dough rise till doubled in size. Combine 3 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. brown sugar, water and syrup. Spread in a 10x8" or possibly 9x9" pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Roll out dough to 16x12-inch rectangle. Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with 1/4 c. brown sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Roll up, starting with 16-inch side. Healthy pinch edges to seal. Cut into 15 to 16 pcs.
  3. Place cut side down, in pan. Cover loosely and let rise in a hot place till light, 30-60 min. Bake at 350 F. or possibly 25-30 min. Cold 1 minute. Loosen edges and turn out onto wire rack lined with wax paper.
