- Heat shortening into water. Add in sugar, cereal & salt, then cold to lukewarm. Soften yeast in 1 c. hot water then mix with Large eggs. Add in to bran mix. Add in flour & beat thoroughly. Cover & let rise. Punch down, cover & place in refrigerator till ready to use. Form into rolls. Let rise. Bake at 450 for 20 min. Will keep about a week. Dough is soft.
- Makes alighter roll if refrigerated before using.
