  • 3 slc bacon
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 can chopped clams, (7 1//2 ounce.) save liquor
  • 1 c. potatoes, cubed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh pepper

Инструкции

  1. Cook bacon till crisp. Remove and break into 1-inch pcs. Brown onion in bacon fat. Add in clam liquor and potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat till potatoes are done, about 15 min. Blend in bacon pcs, chopped clams and other in ingredients. Heat, but don't boil. Bacon may be used for garnish.
