Mashed Potatoes Garlic Butter Cream Fresh Herbs, (such as Thyme or possibly Rosemary)

Mix all ingredients together for a change to the standard mashed potato, butter and lowfat milk combination.
Another option: Slice some Italian sausage...add in it to the Aligot, place in an oven proof dish, top with cheese and more fresh herbs. Bake for 10 to 15 min in preheated oven. A hot and filling potato dinner!
