Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 lb Anchovies
  • 2 x Red bell pepper, peeled and seeded
  • 2 x Green bell pepper, peeled and seeded
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Pitted black olives
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 pch Cayenne
  • 1 tsp Paprika

  1. Drain peppers
  2. Add in to the rest of the ingredients and process to a paste
  3. NOTES : You may add in mayo if desired If the dip is too thin add in a little breadcrumbs Can be made with sardines as well
