- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 (8 ounce each) packages. cream cheese, softened
- 5 large eggs
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 (4 ounce) pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 c. (8 ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- Mix well and press into bottom and up sides of a 9 inch springform pan.
- Blend sugar and cheese well with mixer. Beat in large eggs, one at a time, till smooth; add in vanilla. Measure 2 cups of the cheese mix; mix in chocolate. Add in lemon juice to remaining cheese mix and pour into prepared crust. Top with chocolate mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Remove from oven, add in topping and bake an additional 5-10 min. Cool on wire rack, then refrigerate completely (several hrs or possibly overnight).
- Blend till smooth.
