- Mix Large eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper thoroughly into a thin batter. Slice Surimi and crumble it by hand. Fold crumbled Surimi and breadcrumbs into batter.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. butter and 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet over low heat. Form patties, and then pan fry cakes several min till golden. Add in butter or possibly oil to skillet as needed.
- This recipe yields 10 crab cakes.
