Ингредиенты

2 1/2 c. flour (sifted) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon soda 4 T sugar (two if wanted not too sweet)

6 T shortening 1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water) 1 c. buttermilk (hot and add in yeast)

Инструкции

1. Mix and roll. Cut with biscuit cutter. Butter 1 and put on top of another. Let rise about 2 hrs. Bake at 375 degrees. Double recipe and make cinnamon rolls.
