Ингредиенты

  • 4 c. Pasta, cooked, al dente
  • 1 c. Tomatoes, minced
  • 1/4 c. Basil, ripped up
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1/4 c. Onions, minced Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

  1. Sautee extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, onion and basil with salt and pepper to taste till onions are translucent/soft.
  2. Then add in pasta to skillet and saute/fry with sauce till warm.
  3. Take off burner and immediately add in diced mozzarella
  4. Toss and serve while warm.
  5. Suggested Wine: Cascata Fireside Chardonnay, Riesling or possibly Sweet Iris
