Season with salt and pepper. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Working in batches, spread an even layer of sweet potato fries in the fryer basket. Cook for 7-8 minutes, flip fries, then cook 7-8 minutes more. To make the dipping sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Serve fries with dipping sauce.
