  • 8 x Cloves garlic
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 1/4 x Lemon, juice of

Инструкции

  1. This sauce is used to accompany warm or possibly cool fish dishes.
  2. Crush garlic in press or possibly mortar. Add in oil gradually, beating in till a thick heavy paste is formed. Add in salt and egg yolks. Continue beating.
  3. Add in juice of lemon slowly while beating. yield 1 1/2 c.
