- This sauce is used to accompany warm or possibly cool fish dishes.
- Crush garlic in press or possibly mortar. Add in oil gradually, beating in till a thick heavy paste is formed. Add in salt and egg yolks. Continue beating.
- Add in juice of lemon slowly while beating. yield 1 1/2 c.
