- 1.Smear the cake trays before you make the dough.

- 6.Pound in a mortar,a vanilla stick (in pieces),with a little sugar,or put a stick,with a little sugar,a week before,in a jar hermetically closed.The obtained mix,will scent strong,the syrup,milk of the composition that you will make.
- 7.You can proceed and otherwise :cut 2-3 vanilla sticks (even more dry) in pieces,put them in a small jar,or a little botlle,who is filled with alcohol,and,close hermetically.You will obtain an essence,from which,to aroma a dessert,will be necessary only a few drops.
- 8.Peel the raisins fromthe short tail,wash them,put them in a napkin,to dry well,and keep them in a clean jar.Before to use,sift them a little flour.In the baking time,they won,t stay on the bottom of the composition (for example at the pound cake),they will distribute uniform.
- 9.You add vanilla sugar,lemon and orange rind ,in the egg yolks,a nd sugar mix.
