1 Tbsp. white vinegar
21/2 Tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp salt

21/2 Tbsp. warm water
1 med cucumber peeled, seeded and cut lengthwise then sliced

Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and water till sugar dissolves, then combine with cucumber and allow to rest 1 hour before serving.
