  • Abalone Slices
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. Cream
  • Fine cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Butter

Инструкции

  1. 1 Lb. Abalone serves 2-3. Lb. slices of Abalone very, very thin. Mix egg and cream. Dip slices of Abalone in egg mix, dredge in crumbs.
  2. Saute/fry in bubbling warm butter about 1 minute per side. Longer cooking toughens Abalone. Serve with cottage fired potatoes.
