Aatu Kaal Soup (Lamb Leg Soup) Recipe

Ingredients:

Method:

1. Wash and rinse the lamb legs 3 to 4 times.

2. Add turmeric powder and rub all over.

3. Rinse again.

4. Pour 4 cups of water to a pressure pan.

5. Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds, pepper powder, curry leaves and lamb legs.

6. Pressure cook for 15 minutes.

7. Add chopped onions, green chillies, tomatoes and salt.

8. Pressure cook again for 15 minutes.

9. Discard the bones and serve hot.
