  • 1 inch cinnamon piece
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger -garlic paste (or grated)
  • 1 cup chopped, mixed vegetables (Optional. I used a capsicum and a carrot.)
  • 1/2 cup basmati rice
  • 1.5 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • C - Corn - Fenugreek Greens Pulao
