Thanks you very much to all my friends and family members for your kind wishes and concern re my lower spine injury. I'd fully recovered from my injury and back to my usual routine and exercise. As the year comes to a close, it's with a sense of satisfaction that we can look back on a year that in many respects been fun, challenging and rewarding.
