  • 4 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

  1. Mix together cocoa, corn starch, sugar and salt. Add in lowfat milk slowly and stir. Cook till thick (stovetop) stirring continuously. Add in butter and vanilla. Cold, then spread
  2. Low fat or possibly non-fat lowfat milk may be used, making this a very low-fat cake frosting.
