  • 1 cup of youghurt
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • a little shredded lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 orange
  • 50g pistachio
  • mint sprig

Инструкции

  1. 1.Mix in a bowl,youghurt,sour cream,lemon juice,lemon peel,sugar.
  2. 2.Wash,peel,and slice the orange.
  3. 3.Pour the mixture in a tall glass,and chill in the fridge.
  4. 4.When you serve put orange slices,minced and peeled pistachio,and mint sprig.
