  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. steak sauce
  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 4 Tbsp. warm sauce
  • 11/4 c. beer
  • 3 x cloves garlic, chopped

Инструкции

  1. 1 In a tall glass combine barbeque sauce, steak sauce, vinegar, garlic pwdr, warm sauce and beer. Mix well.
  2. 2 Place the meat of choice in a container and rub the diced garlic firmly into it.
  3. 3 Pour the marinade over the meat till fully covered, and marinate for about 5 hrs; cover and chill while marinating. Cook as desired.
  4. Makes 3 c.
