- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Put together filling ingredients and set aside.
- In a large bowl blend cake mix, lowfat sour cream, oil, 1/4 cup sugar, water and large eggs. Beat at high speed for 2 min, pour 2/3 of the batter in a greased and lightly floured 10 inch tube or possibly bundt pan.
- Sprinkle filling ingredients over batter in pan.
- Spread remaining batter evenly over filling mix.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 min till cake springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up for about 25 min, then remove from pan.
- Glaze: Blend 1 cup of confectioners' sugar and 2 tbsp lowfat milk. Drizzle over cake.
