  • 1 c. Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal cooled
  • 2 c. AM Brown Wild Rice & Herbs (Quick), cooked & cooled
  • 16 ounce Canned peas and carrots liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Celery, minced
  • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. Cucumbers, diced
  • 1/8 c. Minced pimientos
  • 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr Vegetable seasoning to taste

  1. Toss ingredients together with mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing of choice.
  2. Chill. Serve on a bed of alfalfa sprouts.
