  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk ***, (see note)
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Shortening
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. White bread flour
  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 c. 7-Grain Cereal
  • 2 1/4 tsp Yeast

Инструкции

  1. Put everything into the ABM pan according to your machine's directions.
  2. Turn the machine on.
  3. NOTES : 1 1/4 c. water and 1 1/2 Tbsp. Powdered lowfat milk may be used instead of the fresh lowfat milk.
