Рецепт 4 Bean Salad with Cilantro Lime Dressing
Ingredients
- 2-14.5 ounce cans cut green beans, drained
- 1-15.5 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1-14.5 ounce can kidney beans, drained
- 1-14.5 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup splenda or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 large lime, juiced
Instructions
Mix drained beans, onion, peppers, celery, and cilantro in large mixing bowl.Mix together olive oil, splenda (or sugar), lime juice and vinegar until well blended and sugar is dissolved.Pour dressing over beans and toss lightly. Refrigerate before serving if desired.Note: The recipe on Allrecipes states to refridgerate at least 8 hour before serving however, I ate some right after I made it and enjoyed it then also! I would suggest you make it at least 4 hours before serving to give the flavors time to meld, but if you are in a hurry, like me, then it doesn't hurt to dig in before refrigerating :)
