Ингредиенты

  • 1 x egg
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 11/2 c. vegetable shortening or possibly 1 c. lard
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. cool water

Инструкции

  1. Mix the salt and flour, cut in shortening till the size of a pea. Beat the egg, vinegar and water together with a fork. Add in gradually to flour mix.
  2. Bake in pie shells in 400 degrees Fahrenheit oven.
  3. Makes three shells.
