Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkg. yellow or possibly lemon cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 1 3/4 c. water
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 T lemon peel

Инструкции

  1. Mix well and press in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Cook sugar, salt, cornstarch and water to boiling. Remove from heat. Add in hot mix to 4 beaten egg yolks. Return to heat. Cook till thick. Add in butter, lemon juice and lemon peel. Pour over cake in pan. Beat 4 large eggs, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar and 1/2 cup sugar. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 25 min. Cool. Chill.
