Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. shortening
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 teaspoon (heaping) cocoa
  • 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter

Инструкции

  1. For cake, cream together shortening and sugar. Add in large eggs. Sift flour and add in to egg mix, alternately with lowfat milk. Add in vanilla. Pour 2 tbsp batter in well greased 8" or possibly 9" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 min for each layer. Cool on rack till finished all 18 layers.Frost with frosting. Mix together sufficient hot water with sugar and cocoa to make a paste. Add in lowfat milk and butter and bring to a rolling boil. Take off heat and spread on layers.
