8 ounce cream cheese, cubed
3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 stk butter, softened

1/2 c. heavy cream
8 ounce fettuccine, cooked and liquid removed
1/8 tsp fresh grated nutmeg

In a large saucepan, stir together the cream cheese, parmesan, butter, and cream. Heat, stirring, till smooth. Add in warm, cooked fettuccini, and toss till well covered. Serve immediately, sprinkled with nutmeg.
