Рецепт 15 Festive Fall Recipes
15 festive and fresh fall recipes to celebrate fall’s harvest bounty.
So I slightly geeked out while writing this post. It’s definitely my favorite recipe round up to date!
While I’ve professed my love for simple summer dishes that are a cinch to prepare, the flavors of fall really – I mean really – excite me. Maple, pumpkin, pear, apple, butternut squash…bacon…they’re all here in a roundup of 15 of my favorite fall recipes. I had such a blast going through the archives putting this together!
Hope you enjoy (and don’t worry, an entire soup-recipe roundup is coming your way sooner rather than later!)
Autumn Chopped Salad
The tastiest Autumn produce on one big (salad) plate! Apples, pears, dried cranberries and cough BACON (how’d that get in there?) make this Autumn Chopped Salad a little sweet, a little salty, and totally delicious.
Starbucks Clone Pumpkin Scones
Close your eyes then take a bite and you’ll swear you’ve been transported to the coffee shop. I promise you these Starbuck Clone Pumpkin Scones are nearly identical to the original.
Orchard Turkey Burgers
Lean Orchard Turkey Burgers stay nice and juicy from the addition of freshly grated apple into the patty. The caramelized onions and brie on top make these burgers a real treat.
Apple Almond Quinoa with Maple Sausage
Apple Almond Quinoa with Maple Sausage is packed with fall flavors, and I love the addition of maple sausage, which makes each serving nice and filling. Good warm or cold.
Fresh Apple Cake
One of my favorite recipes to date here on IGE, Fresh Apple Cake is moist, luscious, and delicious. Enjoy all fall long!
Maple Sweet Potato Hash
If you can’t tell, I’m really into maple in the fall! Skillet Maple Sweet Potato Hash is great for a weekend breakfast or fun weeknight dinner. Crack a couple eggs on top to round out the meal.
Low-Carb Spaghetti Squash & Meatballs
Look, I won’t lie – spaghetti squash is no substitute for pasta, but this low-carb meal of Spaghetti Squash & Meatballs is irresistible. Ben asked for it all fall long last year when spaghetti squash was in season.
Honey Jalapeno Cornbread
I find it hard to enjoy a bowl of chili without a side of sweet and luscious cornbread. Honey Jalapeno Cornbread is a fantastic spin on the classic. Not too spicy, either!
Pumpkin Spice Whoopie Pies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
An oldie but goodie! Pumpkin Spice Whoopie Pies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting has been a favorite fall treat of mine for several years. Warning: once you pop, you can’t stop!
Homestyle Chicken & Noodles
Nothing is better on a chilly fall evening than a big pot of Homestyle Chicken and Noodles bubbling on the stove. Comfort food at its finest.
Fig & Frico Prosciutto Salad
Figs come but once a year around here. Celebrate and enjoy the short season with Fig & Frico Prosciutto Salad. So elegant. Love this salad.
Ultimate Apple Snicker Nachos
Ultimate Apple Snicker Nachos are decadent and fun. Perfect for using leftover Halloween candy.
Butternut Squash Gnocchi with Garlic Butter & Sage Sauce
I can’t tell you how many times I made Butternut Squash with Garlic Butter & Sage Sauce last fall. A ton! This dish is so delicious and freezes beautifully. Cook the gnocchi straight from the freezer the same as fresh.
The Best Pasta EVER
Full of fall goodies like kale and dried cranberries, the eclectic mix of ingredients in The Best Pasta EVER just WORKS. Trust me!
Broccoli-Chicken Mac & Cheese
Nothing says “fall” like a big bowl of comforting mac and cheese. Broccoli-Chicken Mac & Cheese is a yummy, lighter take on the classic, cool-weather meal. Ready in 30 minutes, too!
BONUS: No-Yeast Required Cinnamon Rolls
I couldn’t resist sneaking No-Yeast Required Cinnamon Rolls into this roundup. Because what fall weekend morning is complete without a warm and gooey cinnamon roll that you don’t need to let rise before baking?!
Happy Fall!
