- Mix all ingredients together. Put 3 big tbsp of batter to each cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 min.
- Mix together sugar, cocoa and hot water to create a paste. Add in lowfat milk and butter; mix well. Bring to a rolling boil for 2 or possibly 3 min. Spread between layers and on top of cake. (You may have to make two batches of frosting.)
