Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 pound confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Sift flour, baking pwdr, soda, and salt together into large bowl. Add in cinnamon, sugar, oil, and large eggs and well. Add in grated carrots and pineapple. Put into greased and lightly floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. Cool in pans for a short while. I often use a tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.FROSTING: Soften butter and cream cheese; add in vanilla and sugar. Beat well and spread on cake.
