100 Day Weight Loss Challenge (Week #3 Round Up)
Happy Friday to you! I hope week #3 has been a good one for
you! I noticed on Facebook this week we had a lot of people struggling to
accomplish the goals they were setting out to reach.
Have you thought about your weight loss goals? I mean really
thought about them? Have you set yourself a 5-20 pound reward system (non-food
rewards)? Like if I lost 5 pounds I will get a manicure or buy a new color of
nail polish or maybe even go on a hike? It’s something to think about and work
towards.
I know for a fact a lot of you (and me) are having trouble
- getting down the required amount of water we all need. What can you do to make
- sure you are meeting your goals? Many suggested adding fruit to your water, or
- rewarding yourself with a soda once you meet your water intake goals. Soda is
not the best options but it might help?
If you are not seeing a loss what’s stopping you? Are you
getting exercise or are you sitting all day? Are you making health food choices
or are you sneaking a cookie?
What wonderful goals have you met and accomplished? Are you
where you want to be? If not can you find happiness where you are for the
moment?
I hope this week has proved to be a wonderful one for you
all. I hope each week only gets easier and more productive. I am looking
