100 Day Weight Loss Challenge -Week 1 (Link Up)
I am really excited to be part of the 100 day weight loss
challenge. To say that I was overwhelmed with the response is an understatement.
It seems that there are plenty of us needing help and support. I am happy to
have you all aboard and I look forward to watching you grow… maybe I should say
shrink.
There are so many reasons that I need to lose weight that I can’t
even begin to tell you all of them. I would be writing for hours. We biggest reasons of all are that I want to
be healthy …. I want to feel better… I want the headaches to go away… I want my
knees to stop hurting.
Speaking of knees… Saturday night I was sitting on the floor
watching television. As soon as I went to stand up something in my knee
snapped. I don’t know what happened but it hurt like something I have never
felt before in my life. It’s really hold
me back from working out much this week or maybe longer but I am going to do my
best to get some exercise in. I am hoping it’s just sore and will pass unlike
the last time this happened and I was out for 6 months. I pray for speed!
What I am hoping to get out of this 100 day challenge is the
drive to keep going with my weight loss journey. I have a lot of lose so 100
days will only be a drop in the bucket, but it’s a start.
I hope that I will stop having the bad headaches that keep
popping up. The last time I did a challenge I lost 25 pounds and I felt amazing
the headaches went away and I was doing great… don’t ask why I am back where I started,
but anyway…
I hope to be in a smaller pair of jeans and feeling ready
for the summer heat when this is all over. At the end of the 100 day challenge
my husband and I will be going on a small vacation and I need to drops some
- pounds or it’s going to be a killer trip. When you are in extreme heat the most
- you want to weigh is maybe 100 pounds. That won’t be me… nope not even close
- but I will take anything at this point. One less pound is still better than
where I am at.
I am committed for the 100 days and I hope you all are too. If
all goes well maybe we can go even further together.
