Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 pound solid shortening (2 c.)
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

  1. Cream sugar, shortening; add in large eggs one at a time. Mix well. Add in flour and lowfat milk. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hrs.
  2. Put together sugar, lowfat milk and salt. Let come to a boil for seven min. Add in butter and vanilla, then stir till butter is melted. Frost cake while hot.
