  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 T flour

  1. The first day: Add in to batter (starter):
  2. Stir well and cover with cloth.Day 2, 3 and 4: Stir well once daily.
  3. Day 5: Add in:
  4. Mix well.Day 6, 7, 8 and 9: Stir once daily.
  5. Day 10: Take out 3 cups of batter and give 1 cup to 3 friends with a set of directions. To the rest of the batter add in (stirring by hand):
  6. Mix well then stir in:
  7. Pour into greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees.Make topping from:
  8. Mix well and sprinkle on top of batter, place cookie sheet under pan; cake may overflow when baking. Bake 40-60 min. Topping will sink during baking.
