- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt. Set aside. In small bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar, vanilla, and egg. Alternate dry ingredients with lowfat milk. Mix in blueberries. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mix over top. Bake in 8 x 8 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
