making wild hog summer sausage

i am trying to find a recipe for wild hog summer sausage.. Now just an fyi. i havent bought red meat in about 7 years. i trap and hunt hogs all year for my own meat. make my own jerky and well i eat lottttts of hog. preparation is the key , and as we all know with hog you have to be careful as trich and brusellis. so i need to find a tried and true method for summer sausage from hog. if anyone has one i would love to try it.
