Uses for sour cream

with milk prices going up like a rocket, I found that sour cream is a great alternative as most times you catch it on sale for less than two bucks. It is a great milk substitute. I use it in Pancakes, biscuits, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.

Thanks for the tips of its use. never tried those ones. but Once I used sour cream for just icing, added cinnamon powder and some cocoa powder.
