Yes, I believe so, Arline. The technology is identical. Post here if you're looking for a particular category of recipe and maybe some of us have one to share.

My favorite use of the Super Wave Oven is for crispy foods, what I call fake fried foods. I make French fries, oven rings, and battered fish...that kind of thing. As for roasts and such, I'm not so impressed. I still like to slow-cook those.
