My First Dinner in Rome

I will always remember my first dinner in Rome. It was Christmas Eve and we found a little restaurant next to the Spanish Steps, it is a toursit destination, but that night it transformed into a family restaurant. I have never seen a hot and cold table set up so well. My roasted whole fish was still the best I've ever had, and to this day I have never had a tiramisu to come even close....sigh
I have been back to this restaurant a few times but the toursits have taken it over, and the food was not quite the same.....
I will have to spend another Christmas Eve in Rome.
